INTRODUCTORY COURSE INFORMATION
Welcome and Congratulations on taking the next step in your professional development! This Whole Family Advisor training course will enhance your professional living legacy – the imprint you leave on your clients’ lives – for generations. We look forward to helping you increase your competence and confidence in serving the qualitative multigenerational needs of your client-families.
This course includes self-study materials, video-based lectures, assignments, and a quiz which are located within the course. Additional tools will be shipped to you at the address you provided upon checkout.
During the program, it is likely that as you begin to apply the strategies and tools with your clients and prospects, opportunities may emerge that you are still not 100% comfortable to address on your own just yet. This is okay – you can email us with a question or set up a quick call with one of our Instructors to discuss your opportunity. Should your opportunity require us to work with you to engage the family, we will set this up under a separate engagement outside this program.
You now have full access to your course using the login credentials you created upon checkout. When you are ready to get started in the course, click the Enrolled Courses button on the left sidebar menu. If this is the first course you have taken in the Academy, you will begin with the Academy Orientation course which is a brief prerequisite course that will help you get comfortable using the Academy platform to maximize your learning. You may also choose to complete your Academy profile and begin interacting with others in the advisor discussion group. If you have taken other Academy courses, you can get started learning in your new course immediately.
